Quotes & Estimates
Quotes and estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or in person are based on the information available at the time and the condition of the property as described or observed. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from what was described (for example, unusually heavy staining, hard-to-access surfaces, or additional square footage). We will communicate any such changes before performing the additional work.
Scheduling, Access & Cancellations
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be serviced, including access to a water source and clearing the work area where practical. We may need to reschedule for weather or safety reasons.
Payment
Payment terms are as stated in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work.
Satisfaction & Results
We take pride in our work and aim for your complete satisfaction. Because exterior surfaces vary in age, material, and prior condition, results can differ from surface to surface. Some staining, weathering, or damage may be permanent and not fully removable by cleaning. We will always tell you if we believe a result cannot be achieved.
Property & Liability
We carry liability insurance and take care to protect your property. You agree to inform us in advance of any conditions that could affect the work or create a risk of damage — such as loose siding, broken windows, damaged screens, delicate landscaping, or areas that should not be sprayed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use the Site's content without permission.
